From the Dashboard, enter the email address of the person you want to invite as a co-host. They will receive an email invitation to join the event. Once accepted, they can access the Event Dashboard for that event. There is no limit on the number of co-hosts you can invite.

Yes. Co-hosts access the Event Dashboard through their own Bestever.pics account. If the person you invite doesn't have an account yet, they can create one when they accept the invitation.

Yes. If you need more events, you can purchase them directly from your Bestever.pics dashboard without leaving the platform. There is no need to return to the main website or start a new checkout from scratch.

Yes! Photos and videos appear in your host dashboard in real-time as guests upload them. You can watch your event unfold through everyone's perspective as it happens.

Who can see the uploaded photos?
You have complete control over privacy settings. You can choose to:
- Keep it private: Only you can see all uploaded content
- Share with guests: All participants can view the growing photo gallery

Your QR code and web link become active immediately upon purchase and remain active for 3 full months after your event date.
This gives you and your guests plenty of time to upload photos discovered later, and ensures you have ample opportunity to download everything at your convenience.
Can I edit or delete uploaded photos?
Photos uploaded to Bestever.pics can be deleted by the host through your dashboard if needed.
To edit photos, simply download them from your gallery and edit them in your preferred photo editor. This ensures you always have access to both the original and edited versions.
Can anyone find my event gallery?

No. Your gallery is only accessible to people who have the view-only gallery link, and only when you have enabled sharing from the Event Dashboard. Events are not publicly listed or searchable. The upload link is similarly private — only people you send it to can access it.

From your Host Dashboard, you'll find a Download Button that will download one or more ZIP files to your device containing all your photos.
Videos will need to be downloaded individually to ensure optimal quality and file management.

- If an internet connection is not available, content can be uploaded using an upload link when a connection becomes available. You can find the link on the Event page and share it on email or messages
- Try refreshing the browser page
- Each upload is limited to 100MB per upload. This could be a single video or 20 photos. Photos are typically 1.5-2.5MB each.
